Positive Psychology is a fairly new concept in Psyc and this book gives you good info about it. It's an easy read and backed by a lot of studies, surveys and researches. I would give this book 5 stars but the spelling is an issue for by: Positive Psychology in Coaching: Applying Science to Executive and Personal Coaching by Sandra L Foster and Jeffrey E.

Auerbach | out of 5 stars I bought the book primarily for a review of the current state of physical activity within (positive) psychology. However, the book covers much more than that, such as neuroscience, genetics, health, trauma, sexuality, nutrition and other body therapies.

Despite its primarily academic character it is easy and actually really enjoyable to read.5/5(1). This is one of the best introduction books on positive psychology I have ever come across: clear, easy-to-read and well-structured, it offers a magnificent summary of 21 of the most relevant topics of this relatively new science.

In chapter 22 the author sums up the main points and in the last six pages she recommends useful resources and links/5(54).
